Combined Section Request Form

More than one section of a course may be combined or cross-listed. This means the courses share enrollment limits and share an eLearning course, if applicable. Courses can only be combined if they meet the criteria on the Combined Section webpage.

Combined Grad/Undergrad courses will be combined automatically. For all other combinations or those departments who wish to manage limits separately for undergraduate and graduate offerings should contact so that we do not combine the sections and recognize the two sections as an intentional conflict when scheduling classrooms.


This webform is considered a request to combine sections. You will be notified if it meets the criteria for combining. At that point, the Department will be responsible for emailing all students of the combination and a template will be provided.
