Please fill out the Commencement Ceremony Participation Webform below if you are a faculty and/or staff member who wishes to participate in a Commencement Ceremony. To ensure your academic apparel is here on time, we must have your order by April 1 at 4:30pm.
General Information:
- Graduate and Undergraduate Colleges will graduate together with their respective College.
- All ceremonies will be held in the McLeod Center.
- Parking for the McLeod Center is available in the lots west of the McLeod Center. The loading dock will not be available.
- Faculty should assemble at least 30-minutes before the ceremony in the lower level tunnel between the UNIDome and McLeod Center.
Regalia Information:
- Faculty attending as guests must wear academic regalia to sit in the designated faculty section.
- ALL faculty attending must complete the RSVP form below
- If you are needing regalia rented on your behalf, complete the webform below along with the Regalia Rental form linked within the RSVP.
