About Us
The Office of the Registrar is the “Keeper of the Academic Record.” Our job is to ensure integrity and accuracy in anything involved with your academic history. We do this by facilitating registration, making updates to your record, and providing services, such as transcripts and enrollment verifications for scholarships. Additionally, we provide reports to the University to assist decision making and departmental course planning, enrollment information to student loan lenders for deferrals, and confirm VA benefits and NCAA eligibility. At the end of your academic career, we review your record, confer your degree, calculate honors, and plan Commencement. After graduation, we provide your diploma and transcripts to support your next steps. We truly work with students every step of the way.
The Office of the Registrar acts as the academic policy guardians for the University. While we’re tasked with upholding academic policy and applying it consistently, we strive to do so in the best interest of the student to support their success.
