Faculty & Staff Commencement Ceremony Participation

Please fill out the Commencement Ceremony Participation Webform below if you are a faculty and/or staff member who wishes to participate in a Commencement Ceremony. The deadline to submit the Faculty & Staff Commencement RSVP Form and the Regalia Reservation Form is Friday, December 4, 2026 at 4:30pm.

General Information:

• Graduate and Undergraduate Colleges will graduate together with their respective College.
• All ceremonies will be held in the McLeod Center.
• Parking for the McLeod Center is available in the lots west of the McLeod Center. The loading dock will not be available.
• Faculty should assemble at least 30-minutes before the ceremony in the lower level tunnel between the UNIDome and McLeod Center.

Regalia Information:

• Faculty attending as guests must wear academic regalia to sit in the designated faculty section.
• ALL faculty attending must complete the RSVP form below regardless of whether you need regalia or not.
• Faculty may choose to purchase their own regalia online through Herff Jones or through the degree-granting institution.
• If you are needing regalia, you can reserve regalia through the Office of the Registrar by completing the Regalia Reservation Form. Regalia is limited and is assigned on a first come-first served basis.
